I am an experienced yoga teacher from Mid-Wales, teaching in the Newtown and Knighton areas. I teach a range of yoga styles and everyone including beginners are welcome to my public classes. I also teach yoga for cancer classes and am available for private bookings such as hen parties and corporate events. Every September I lead a four night yoga retreat in the French Pyrenees. I am a co-tutor on the Adamo School of Yoga Teacher Training courses.
