I am a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of personal practice, offering Hatha yoga classes for all levels.
My classes are supportive and focused on building strength, flexibility and body awareness in a safe and accessible way. I pay close attention to alignment, breathing and individual needs, adapting each session to the level and goals of the student.
I believe yoga should feel grounding and inclusive, not intimidating. My aim is to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more confident in their practice.
Format
I offer both online and in-person yoga sessions.
In-person sessions can be arranged at a location convenient for you, including outdoor spaces, offices or other suitable venues.
All formats are discussed individually to ensure comfort and ease.
