I have practised and studied yoga for more than 25 years and been teaching for more than 13 years. Over this time I have explored many types of yoga and the physical practice I teach is most inspired by the yoga of Desikachar (sometimes known as viniyoga where breath and movement are connected) and Scaravelli yoga. I have also studied yoga philosophy and psychology as taught through the Himalayan tradition and by leading yoga academics. The classes I teach are gentle yet challenging practices designed to increase vitality, flexibility and comfort/relaxation. I offer classes on Zoom on Monday mornings, Monday evenings, and Thursday evenings. I also offer one-to-one sessions which give students a personal practice for their self-study.
