A blend of functional movement patterns, traditional yoga asana and vinyasa flow for physical and mental wellbeing and longevity, with self-compassion at its heart.
I’m inspired by many yoga traditions and also other movement practices such as Pilates, chi gong, and functional movement, to create a practice that is fun and rewarding.
I also have specialist training in pregnancy, postnatal, restorative and yin yoga and run weekly pre and post natal classes.
